And he takes a job at.....

Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy!!!! Here is their website if you want to catch a glimpse of where Zac will be working for the next few years, or more. Their philosophy is exactly in line with Zac's. If you've ever experienced physical therapy, then you know that there are PTs who just put every patient through the same cookie cutter treatment(ultrasound, e-stem, unsupervised exercise...etc) and there are others who use the latest research(true hands on manual therapy with the majority of the time being hands on) to individualize a plan of care for every person that walks through the door. Of course this clinic is the good one, why else would he have chosen it?

Can you believe that I met Zac when he was this young guy?
And now he's a professional, grown man. Insanely proud of him right about now.
He'll be doing a residency program at the clinic for the next year. It will take a dip into the pay check and require long hours and hard work, but it will be worth it! He'll become more specialized in PT and have advanced manual therapy training. After the residency he'll have the opportunity to sit for/pass an exam that is only for the elite. (yes, I'm being prideful, you can stop reading if you want). hehe Basically he gets to put lots of letters behind his name and he'll become the greatest PT that the world has ever seen!!!!

So if you live in southeastern Idaho try to plan an injury in January and you just might have the honor of being Zac's first patient as a true Doctor of Physical Therapy.

He'll be in the Blackfoot office. We're hoping that in the next few years he'll actually be able to work with the Manager at a different clinic in Idaho Falls.

How fun! Congratulations. You know, Shelley is a cute little town too. Close enough to Idaho Falls to go to Walmart every day and closer to Blackfoot with that small town feel. :)
