Happy 5th Birthday Adeline

Adeline was so excited to get breakfast in bed this year, just like her siblings.  She wanted muffins and eggs and a smoothie.  

She loves Frozen and was delighted to open up real Elsa gloves and a beautiful new dress.  As Adeline told Grandma Packer, "I just love beautiful things."  Frequently Adeline accepts and rejects clothing, food, and people based on their level of beautifulness.  We're working on that, but right now it's a pretty cute quirk on one of our favorite beautiful little girls.

Adeline loved her rainbow unicorn birthday cake.  She especially loved helping with all the skittles and sorting them out.  We were able to have cousins over for a fun birthday party.

Adeline is full of spunk and always surprises us with the funny things she says.  She feels deeply and then can either present itself as screaming tantrums and slammed doors or overthetop joy and glee.  She is also close to the spirit and always says heartfelt prayers.  Many times she thanks Heavenly Father that we have a home so we don't have to sleep outside in the cold without any pillows.  One time she told me that she felt warm in her heart when she said her prayers.  What a special girl.  We sure love you Adeline!
